These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of sg.mitoq.com (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from Wellth Essentials Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing the Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility
By using this Website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under Singapore law.
2. Products & Availability
We are the official distributor of MitoQ products in Singapore.
Orders are processed and delivered within Singapore only.
Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Orders & Payment
All prices are in Singapore Dollars (SGD), nett. GST is currently not charged.
Payment is required in full at the time of placing your order.
Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply limitations.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery within Singapore is subject to a flat fee of S$5 for single-bottle orders.
Free delivery applies for orders of two (2) or more bottles.
Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, unforeseen events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
You may cancel an order within 12 hours of purchase, provided it has not yet been shipped.
6. Health Disclaimer
Information provided on sg.mitoq.com is for general informational purposes only and is not intended as medical advice.
MitoQ supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to mediation under the Singapore Mediation Centre.
If still unresolved, disputes shall be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore under the SIAC Rules.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Website if you breach these Terms.
13. Updates to Terms & Conditions
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will take effect upon posting on this Website. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
