Returns & Refunds Policy

At Wellth Essentials Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “our”, “us”), we want your experience with sg.mitoq.com to be smooth and satisfying. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains your rights and our processes for returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
You may request a return or refund if:
• You received a damaged or incorrect item(s).
• The request is made within 3 days of delivery.
• The item(s) is unopened, sealed and unused in its original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded due to hygiene, safety, or policy reasons:
• Opened or used products.
• Gift cards or vouchers.
3. Return Process
To request a return:
1. Email contact@wellth-essentials.sg with:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
• A brief description of the issue
2. Our team will review and provide return instructions for returning the item.
3. Please follow the return instructions carefully. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and confirm the returned item.
A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed.
5. Exchanges
Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
All exchange requests must follow the same process outlined in Section 3.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible.
